We take pride in our collaborative approach, working hand in hand with other rescue services to minimise loss of life in our community. Powered by a team of expert pilots, crew members, and paramedics, our rapid response is second to none. When every second counts, it's our agility, speed, and expertise that can make all the difference, enabling patients to receive crucial medical care enroute to a medical facility.

 

Our funding comes from contracts with NASO (National Ambulance Sector Office), which manages relationships with ACC and Health New Zealand. Additionally, NZ Police and RCCNZ (Rescue Coordination Centre) pay for our services on a fee-for-service basis whenever our helicopter is deployed.
